Mission

To build relational intelligence in school and youth work systems by empowering staff through proactive, capacity-building frameworks.

Why? Because our peers are telling us they are too overwhelmed to see the students behind the numbers. We aren't just selling consulting; we are recovering the staff capacity required to support youth and families.

Data is everywhere. Time is not.

We asked school social workers:

  • 85% of respondents reported feeling consistently overwhelmed and interrupted, leaving them with insufficient time to review critical student data.

  • While rare individuals have developed personal workarounds, most staff are buried under administrative friction.

  • When staff are overloaded, student belonging and family voice are the first things to get lost in the noise.

Bridge the gap between administrative friction and operational excellence.
